Over 25 years experience in the field of business, business finance and real estate brokerage and appraisal. Served as Customer Finance Manager, Regional Credit Manager and Analyst for Joseph H. Seagram and Sons. Worked for the Bankers Trust Company as a Senior Financial Analyst in their credit department. Currently serving as a Certified General Appraiser providing market analysis and counseling services to major developers and property owners in Orange, Rockland, Dutchess and Sullivan Counties. Assignments have included commercial and industrial properties, apartments, condominiums, special use properties, vacant land, service stations, and farms. These appraisals have been prepared for purposes of mortgage security, tax certiorari, estate tax, gift tax, purchase and sale, investment analysis and conservation easements.
